We like to solve other groups problems, however, those groups can solve their own problems if given the opportunity. Unfortunately, those opportunities are given to the so-called experts who in turn make money off the problems of these groups without solving any problems. They do provide interesting studies, submitting only those that yield desired results. Capitalism is wonderful!
