“On Tuesday, the NYPD’s official Twitter account tried to stir up some good community vibes by asking followers to share photos of themselves alongside New York City police officers, using the hashtag #myNYPD. The best responses would go on the department’s Facebook page. Here’s the kind of thing the NYPD had in mind:”

NYPD –in efforts to thwart public impression of incompetence, discrimination, police fabrication and brutality –asked New Yorkers to share  their favorite NYPD photoes.   Well, you reap what you sow.  Hope NYPD got the message about excessive police force and brutality because that is what  New Yorkers shared and shared and continue to share: Which is the best response?
