Male pregnancy is not uncommon when is comes to F to M transgenders.
Those are transgender men. Females who change to males and have functioning reproductive systems. They need sperm for impregnation.
There has been no human male pregnancy with male reproductive system.
I just shook my head a couple of years ago when the news was all abuzz with the “first pregnant man.” They tended to skim over his transgender experience and the fact that he still had female reproductive goodies. It seems like a game of how much latitude can be put to applicable definitions. But as the old, old advertisement used to say, “parts is parts.”

Yes, phenotypical they may be; however, genetically a transgender man is still a female and a transgender woman is still a man.
