Unquestionably he was killed. By the CIA – Really??!? Wow…
First of all, Jimi was the Mozart of our time, plain & simple. Speak to any Great musician, see what they tell you.
Second, Jimi was in the Airborne Division in the Vietnam War with an Honorable Discharge from an injury from a night jump.
Jimi Hendrix experienced the war up close & personal first hand. How many of you would do what he did for his country in the middle of a horrendous war – None.
His version of the SSB emanated from His Experience. And if you missed it – you just weren’t bright enough to 1) Understand it; 2) Enjoy it!!
It’s Ok, 1,000 years from now they will still be Enjoying it!! 🙂

There are still lots of inconsistencies around Hendrix’s death. Many believe he was one of the rock stars targeted for extrajudicial assassination by the CIA’s Operation Chaos: http://www.woodstockstory.com/jimi-hendrix-murdered-conspiracy.html
