Is Zika Virus A Genetically Modified Virus?

Is the Zika virus now a bio-weapon?

Using genetically-modified mosquitoes?

Imagine the weaponry.

Demographically Zika is unusual. While originating as a known virus after WWII (where scientists worked on eugenics and other forms of warfare), isolated in Africa and Asia, it has suddenly shifted continent. Since last year its changed its pattern of distribution. The countries now affected are in the Caribbean, Central America and South America.

Is Zika already a weapon? An environmental weapon to wage biowarfare. A mosquito-borne virus that damages the brain of unborn fetuses, possibly producing brain-damaged children.

  1. In deed (US) bio warfare labs are the usual suspects when such ideas come up. And we can not be classed paranoid for such suspicions when looking into the Neocon paper “Rebuilding America´s Defenses”, page 60,
„And advanced forms of biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.“
I wrote about this also here:

PS: I propose to change the title of the article into: “Is Zika Virus a genetically modified Virus”.

    1. I remember the US response to Ebola was to send the military and research scientists rather than medical personnel. Also Remembered the test kit for Ebola was developed by the Department of Defense.

    2. The US response was in stark contrast to Cuba where medical doctors and nurses were deployed to help. I imagine there was a role for military personnel but it was the predominant response by the US. And billions went to the DoD for its effort to fight Ebola

      1. Oh and btw, I had dengue fever already twice, and still nobody is controlling me 😀

Now waiting full of anticipation and impatiently for the next sexy lady mosquito to bite me. 😛

          1. I tell you what. If I was afraid of that I would have lots of sex while taking care not to impregnate the ladies. Hmmmm, wait, I even would do that without baby Zika having infested the place. Know what I’m saying?
