An extremely good informed whistle-blower told me today that a new conspiracy theory emerged, saying that an underground group of self-proclaimed activists is claiming responsibility for having intentionally modified the DNA and RNA of all Culicidae, and set into motion a campaign to make the masses believe sitting white governments are to blame for the murderous consequences of same, e.g. massive melanoma stage 4 occurrences in especially rich third world countries.
