8 Step Guide to Good Traffic Stops

To  be proactive and avoid police brutality and violence, I share this video. Hopefully by following these eight steps, we can prevent unnecessary police violence and brutality of civilians who are stopped by police officers.

  1. Pull off to the right.
  2. Find a safe place to park.
  3. Both hands on the steering wheel, visible at all times.
  4. Do not exit your vehicle unless requested by the officer.
  5. Have a receptive attitude, even if you believe your rights are being violated.
  6. Respect and Respond, even if the officer’s attitude is demeaning, degrading and dehumanizing.
  7. Make no sudden movements without informing the officer.
  8. Report inappropriate behavior to the Office of Professional Standards, even if the office is controlled by the same officers who abused your rights.
    1. Get the officers’ name and badge number; or
    2. Car number located on the side of the police car; or
    3. B-tag located on top of the car.
    4. For unmarked cars get the license plate number

Remember you can call 911 and request a supervisor remain on the line with your during police stops.

Bystanders, please assist by recording the incident on your phone or camera. In your recording,  please make sure to include the license plate number, car number and B-tag  to assist in identification of the police officer.

I welcome readers to elaborate, share experiences and add to the above 8 steps.

9.  “Do not volunteer any information, only answer questions that pertain to the traffic stop.  (Anything you say WILL be used against you. For example: Where you’ve been, or where you’re going, is none of his business and immaterial to the traffic stop)”  by Onno Vocks

      1. Four (or more) shots? Wtf? A panicking police officer? Get those people off the road! And review the selection protocols. No ,panic prone individual should ever be allowed to carry a weapon!

        Btw, it’s Philando, not Philandro.

  1. Do not volunteer any information, only answer questions that pertain to the traffic stop. (Anything you say WILL be used against you. For example: Where you’ve been, or where you’re going, is none of his business and immaterial to the traffic stop)

    1. Oh come on, Onno. Why not, for instance, tell the guy you’re on your way to have sex with your mistress, and invite him to join in the fun? Could be step # 9, no?

      1. If you want to share your mistress with those emeffers, be my guest XD Freudian slip?

P.S. Roald, after your step #9, wear a Belt; when you reach to pull up your sagging Pants, the cops instinctively know you are reaching for that Bazooka or RPG in your pocket, and will prevent you from blowing away their shiny Ghetto-Cruiser with a shower of .40 Cal. or 9MM hollow points.

See, ..more good life saving advice!

        1. So all of them mofos are descendants of Oedipus? Is that what you’re saying?

Seems to me. Onno, you, like so many other “resistance workers”, don’t have a clue how to deal with cops.

But tell me, who would YOU call for help, should you, for instance, be attacked by the auxiliaries of the mistress’ pimp you’re intending to screw in the red district of Lochem, huh?

          1. Seems to me Roald, that you have no clue what you are talking about; there is no help just like there is no red district in Lochem. There are Cows though, and a few Tractors. :))

Oh, so you think that when you call the cops after being robbed they’ll help you, well let me enlighten you! You’ll get robbed again, ..this time by a cop. Here is a news cast about my favorite hometown popomen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgrqZXa6llU

Since you asked: I call no one, ..not anymore! Fool me twice, shame on me.

            1. Yes, I had a real hard time believing his story until, as it turned out, he won his Court case and got the Hotel back. Since I no longer live in Lee County, it’s not convenient to keep track, but A’s videos do a nice job of keeping me informed.

            2. Yes I know. In Lochem they’re getting aroused by tractors, and have no clue what hot sex workers and sexy cops are about.

Um…..throwing all cops, blacks, jews, homos, roma people, whites, transgenders, and what have you, in one basket, eh? What a wonderful world it is. What a beautiful way to preserve it as it is.

            3. I’m not producing anything, I’m citing sources.

“Um…..throwing all cops, blacks, jews, homos, roma people, whites, transgenders, and what have you, in one basket, eh?”

              ?? WT*?

            4. “?? WT*?” Huh? No clue? It’s what you’re doing when coming up with statements like, “………You’ll get robbed again, ..this time by a cop.”, dude.

            5. They put on a uniform and you want to claim I treat them all the same but shouldn’t? Dude! Barring any personal acquaintances, you also treat them all the same. Isn’t that the point?
              Have a good one!

            6. Wow Onno I think that was justice, I forgot what it looked like. Cop gets 6 six years for robbery and assault of a victim. Wish there were cases of such justice.

            7. For these publications, you often have to scour the local news channels or you won’t find them. I had been following this case for a couple of years and didn’t think it would ever hit the news or the Courts. I’m nowhere as vindictive as the cops are, but we needed this one to restore a bit of confidence in the system; it was looking rather bleak. I’ll take this as a positive, whether he serves all his time or not.

            8. It’s a start and I hope to see more.

You In NH I read about a case where a Nashua cop beat the crap out of a victim. A plea bargain was reached where the cop retired his badge for life and got no jail time. As per judge, cop apologized. Do you believe that?

What about the victim who the cop beat the crap out of? Granted the victim went to jail but the cop apologized and surrendered his badge and I bet he got his full pension. What a f^cked up system of corruption!
