Sleep Is Good

Last night I slept from 11 pm to almost 4 am. I’m still tired but feel much better mentally and physically.

Thank you for your concerns. I didn’t know people were listening or even cared. I was wrong. You refocused my thoughts with virtual hugs and genuine conversations. Again, thank you all for caring.

My views about suicide have not changed. But I’m up and ready to face the next challenge, hopefully with more grace.

  1. It’s great you are feeling more upbeat, just know that when you cry, real loved ones are listening to comfort you.
