We Hold These Truths To Be Self-Evident has done an outstanding job covering the murder of Laquan McDonald. Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke, if all goes well, should spend the rest of his life behind bars.
Did you know before murdering 17-year-old Laquan McDonald, Police Officer Jason Van Dyke had 16 complaints filed against him yet never received not one disciplinary action? Recall it took Chicago police about a year after the murder before they were forced to release the video of Van Dyke shooting McDonald 16 times in cold blood. In 2015, about one week after releasing the videotaped shooting, Chicago police department charged Van Dyke in the 2014 murder of Laquan McDonald.
Fast forward four years later to the present, October 2018, Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke was finally convicted of second-degree murder and 16 counts of aggravated battery using a firearm and at long last behind bars.
The Laquan case is far from over as this reblog will show. His murder was not only a cold-blooded, but it was also a conspiracy to conceal evidence and obstruct justice. Many members within the Chicago police department conspired to cover-up Laquan’s murder and they should be held accountable and imprisoned.

This almost god like protection of Police Officers is a direct reflection on the Supreme Court, which I feel has to much power and life time appointments should be scrapped!
Rudy, I agree. The technology is there so we the people no longer need to be represented by Congress on important issues. We the people can vote directly on matters of importance like SCJ, healthcare, education, cabinet officials. The US government could save billions by eliminating Congress and in the process reduce by at least 50% corruption in the government.
