My Thoughts: Feeling Sad

Feeling alone

Sadness

Now what?
Feeling uneasy
And a bit queasy
Can’t forget the past
No place to hide

No sleep! Exhausted!
Feeling down I know
Don’t know where to turn
Had such clarity a few days ago
Where did it go?

No matter what I do
I can’t stop
The tears inside
For now, pretend
And remember to smile.

  1. Dear Angela,
November sadness can hit hard, the more if problems still wait to be solved. The older I get the more difficult this time of the year becomes for me.
    Keep on fighting!
    Big hug

      1. No problem, Angela. I’ve certainly known about those feelings and some of which I’ve still internalized to this day. Luckily, I’ve been getting better at expressing things and blogging has certainly helped.
