It looks like you’re having fun vlogging and/or livestreaming. This could be a good platform and I’m glad WP is giving you opportunity to do so. I’m relieved that you didn’t give in to those thoughts about hanging yourself earlier today from what you mentioned in this video. Keep on persevering, Angela.
We plan ahead. I thought using live-streaming would show how time changes mood.
Totally understandable. Livestreaming would certainly be of the moment and can be archived. I’ve had some moments even recently where I would feel very negative, but then some glimmer of positivity happens which makes things better even if it was temporary.
It’s the glimmer of hope that keeps us going in a world that tells us we don’t matter.
