Exercise: Did it

Walked 6.06 miles in under 2 hours. At my age, it’s not good to run every day. I guess too much high intensity for old joints. However, walking is another story. It is low intensity, can be done daily by just about anyone. And it’s good for your joints as long as you listen to your body.

My apology for the quality of the videos. I am learning to edit but didn’t have much luck with this one.
