Exercise: Did It!

Ran 3. 18 miles. Considering I fell yesterday, I feel good today. No aching body parts. I love running because it’s about me pushing myself. I am not competing or comparing myself to anyone. It’s my escape from the world.

And it’s a Wonderful day here!
