Exercise: Did It!

It’s Monday and I did it! Heart rate was in zone 4 for over 50% of the run. I like to run in zone 2 or 3. Seems I pushed myself without realizing it and felt fantastic. The right hip got sore after a couple of miles. Will keep an eye on it, don’t want to fall again. Got an eye appointment today. Have a wonderful week!
