Exercise: Did It

Walked 7.65 miles in about 2 hours and 14 minutes. Stayed in Zone 2 and Zone 1. Felt wonderful! Minimal right hip discomfort after 4 miles. Sometimes, I forget the health benefits of walking. It’s an activity that’s free and can be done every day. Go at your own pace. Break it up and still get the health benefits. Get moving and do it! Have a wonderful day!

  1. Angela I’m really happy for you! When you feel up to it walk with some weights. They have ankle and wrist weights . Start light 2 pds each side for example. Good luck in your training!
