Walked 7.65 miles in about 2 hours and 14 minutes. Stayed in Zone 2 and Zone 1. Felt wonderful! Minimal right hip discomfort after 4 miles. Sometimes, I forget the health benefits of walking. It’s an activity that’s free and can be done every day. Go at your own pace. Break it up and still get the health benefits. Get moving and do it! Have a wonderful day!
