Exercise: Did It!

Did it! Ran 3.35 miles. 79% of the run in zone 4 and 14.2% in zone 5. Don’t think I worked that hard before. Kept thinking I should stop since I couldn’t get my pulse below 150. Being a doctor, I was a little nervous. And I wouldn’t advise anyone with my medical history to do what I did. I know my body, and I was determined. Afterall my son came to watch his son so I could take a break. I wasn’t going to waste time.

A couple of weeks ago, I was running with a body full of energy. This week I feel sluggish. Tomorrow, I’ll cross-train and see how I feel.

That’s all I got. Get out and have a wonderful day!
