Trump’s Taxes Show He Is A Fraud

Wow! I am still in shock. Trump is a billionaire who did not pay taxes for 10 out of the last 15 years. In 2016 and 2017, his tax burden was a whopping $750 each year. I’m not working, and I pay more taxes.

He is the President Of the United States of America, the Commander-in-chief, who did not contribute his share to the country. Taxes are how our government supports the best military in the world. It’s how the government supports corporate as well as social welfare programs. Like he dodged military duty, he dodged financially, contributing to America’s education, freedom, and health. He leeched off ordinary Americans who pay their taxes while he defrauded the tax system. He even got a 72 million tax refund that triggered a recent audit.

Why do over 40% of Americans still support Trump? Hasn’t he done enough to harm Americans with COVID-19, his immigration policies, and now his attempt to steal the election? He is the only President who broke precedence and fought the release of his tax returns despite promising to release them. Trump is almost at the end of his first term without honoring his pre-election promise to release his taxes.

Something is wrong with Trump. We all know it! Let’s put an end to his reign of cruelty, divisiveness, incompetence, violence and tyranny on November 3, 2020.

  1. This doesn’t surprise me about the tax evasion stuff, but it’s very concerning nonetheless. So many Americans paid more taxes yearly than he did. Lauryn Hill went to jail for less money owed than Trump did.

    1. Hi Curtis, That’s right. Good point. She couldn’t pay because she left the limelight to care for her children. Quite a few Black celebrities went to jail for tax evasion.

      1. Thanks. Another Black celebrity I can think of who was convicted of the same thing was Ja Rule and the only reason I knew that was because of some leftover footage of me interviewing a band that played one of the same venues he did if memory serves me correctly. That was for only a two year period as well, so it wasn’t as long as Trump avoiding Uncle Sam.
