Exercise: Did It

Today, it felt fantastic to run. Haven’t done so in almost a week. Ran 4.04 miles with Avg. Pulse = 129 and a Step Count = 8100.

Absolutely perfect morning for a run! Fifty-eight percent of the run was in zone 2 and 31% in zone 3. Exactly where I like to be.

If you live in the northeast, days like this are numbered and will soon be gone so get moving and do it!
