Ran 6.45 miles. Pace 10:23/mi. 1hr6min. Felt great and stayed in my zones. Didn’t feel like running but thankfully I pushed myself. Amazing things happen when you push yourself. Listen to me! Lol, hopefully, I’ll remember to push myself in other areas.
