Exercise: Did It! Walked 6 Miles

Did it! Walked 6.89 miles. 433ft elevation. 2 hrs and 12 minutes.

Felt wonderful! The weather was perfect! The sun felt perfect. A shade just when I needed it. And an intermittent breeze to keep me going.

Did some detective work and went to the scene of my fall a few weeks ago. It was troubling to know I couldn’t explain the fall. Didn’t take a genius to figure it out. There were cracks and potholes all over. Usually, I avoid them, but that day I was felt tired and may not have worn my glasses or contacts.

In the future, I‘ll be careful to check out the terrain and make sure I am wearing a corrective lens.

So how many miles did you do today?

  1. I haven’t ran any miles today although I did some cardio exercises so far to answer your question. Haha! For real, that’s awesome with you running that many miles and you feeling great doing so. What stuff did you listen to on Spotify when you ran that day?
