Exercise: Did It

✅Did It! I got out there and got it done. But I forgot my watch. Almost went home to get it but then I risked not returning.

Warmed up for 5 minutes then worked-out (ran/walk) for 35 minutes followed by a 5 minute cool down. Without the apple watch to pace, I listened to my body. Took breaks to slow the heart rate to 130.

My thighs had a good burn from yesterday’s workout . I feel great!
