Exercise: Did It!

✅Did It! Today I had no plan for the gym except to get there and I did. There were two people and we maintained social distance. I was in a hurry so it felt great doing something for me.

Average HR 136 maximum HR 172 About 15% of the workout was in zone 5 (anaerobic). Total time 45:32 minutes 3.28 miles.
