Did It! Ran 3.48 miles. Average HR 137. Max HR 154. Stayed in zone 3 for over 60% of the run, exactly where I like to be.
This run was about controlling my thoughts. I didn’t want to leave the apartment. Lately, I haven’t felt like doing much. I am not on a healthy diet. During the day, I eat nothing then pig out just before bed. It feels like life is passing me by and I am not one to just exist. Nothing in life is free, you got to work for it. I need to figure out what can a person like me do at 61.
I did it and have no regrets. Actually, I feel better about me. What exercise did you do today?
