Exercise: Did It!

Did it! After a long break, I headed to the gym and, as usual, no regrets. Walked about 3.5 miles and loved every minute. I like walking on the treadmill because I control the intensity. I can walk fast, use the incline, or both. The latter is my default.

When you fall off the wagon, get up, dust yourself off, and get back on. What exercise did you do today?

    1. Hi Bob. How are you adjusting to your new home? With everything going on, I lost my motivation. But a huge weight lifted off my shoulders made me feel lighter. I want to bring in the New Year doing things I like to do. For a moment, I forgot about those things.
