Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I worked out on the elliptical. My goal was to get out of the apartment and move. It took every ounce of my being to accomplish, but I did it. Despite the cold, gray day, I bundled up, went to the gym, and, as usual, have no regrets.

I didn’t record because I forgot to recharge my watch last night. But the elliptical felt so fantastic that I was dancing.

These days, it’s hard to get motivated to do anything, making exercise even more important for your well-being.

What exercise did you do today?

  1. Hey Curtis. Hru? I have some new tunes so I was feeling good. But every time I looked in the direction of the TV , it had some odious lie in bold print across the lower screen. Have you noticed some gyms default TV channel is Fox or some other right wing station that spew hate and racism?

    1. Sorry for not seeing this reply in my notifications. I’m okay. Just enjoying a few days off while also writing and watching some fascinating documentaries recently. I’ve been getting interested in ArtMattan’s movies. That and I’ve been writing some film reviews, extending my NaNoWriMo project, and some poetry. What new tunes are you listening to?

Yeah, it can be frustrating seeing the blatant lies spoken or on a ticker. I haven’t been inside a gym recently, but that does say a lot if one has Fox News or Newsmax. Not that other mainstream channels are without blame, but it’s really obvious about those channels in particular when it comes to faulty info.
