Exercise: Did It!

I did it! For an hour, I did HIIT(high-intensity interval training). Walked for 5 minutes, then ran 5 minutes for 45 minutes, then walked a 15% incline for about 5 minutes. Felt fantastic! I stayed in my zones. Average HR That was a great workout. Btw, the TVs were off, spared me from having to listen to pure lies on Newsmax.

Yesterday, I braved the snow to dig my car out. That was my exercise, along with sit-ups and a few Yoga moves. My goal is to get fresh air and move every day. So, what exercise did you do today?

Stay Safe! Wear a mask, social distance and wash your hands frequently.

  1. The HIIT sounds like a good mix-up for exercising. Thank goodness the TVs were off, too. Digging out your car certainly counts as exercise. I definitely had to do that before whenever winter hit.

    1. LOL, that was the day of the storm. My definition of exercise is any sustained activity that increases your heart rate.
So yes, digging your car out is exercise, so is sex, my bad, lol. Not all exercises are equal or suitable/good for you.
