I did it! For an hour, I did HIIT(high-intensity interval training). Walked for 5 minutes, then ran 5 minutes for 45 minutes, then walked a 15% incline for about 5 minutes. Felt fantastic! I stayed in my zones. Average HR That was a great workout. Btw, the TVs were off, spared me from having to listen to pure lies on Newsmax.
Yesterday, I braved the snow to dig my car out. That was my exercise, along with sit-ups and a few Yoga moves. My goal is to get fresh air and move every day. So, what exercise did you do today?
