Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I walked for about 50 minutes and would have walked longer if I hadn’t needed to go to the bathroom. I wish the woods provided enough cover for me to pee instead of trotting back to the bathroom. OMG! It felt wonderful to be outside. Why hadn’t I thought about doing that sooner?

Pre-exercise BP 120/86 HR 58; Post-exercise BP 114/90 HR 84

The blood pressure is coming down slowly. I am watching my salt intake and still holding the ‘pep’ pill.

I must admit I have Georgia on my mind. What exercise did you do today?
