Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I walked 4 1/2 miles in about an hour and 20 minutes. It was blissful! When I started, I felt cold, then two minutes later, I felt overheated. Whether I felt warm or cold depended on whether the sun was on me or not.

Average HR 102 Maximum HR 123

My blood pressure is much better today. Last night, I did not increase my antihypertension medications. Sometimes, it takes longer than we think for our body to adjust, find a balance, or heal. I decided patience was the best medicine and treatment.

What exercise did you do today?

  1. “Like”! (unable to use the button above; what good is the dam’ thing?!)

Good for you, Angela! I “walked” with my neighbor’s doggie last night for about 4 miles, 110 minutes. I take him with me because he’s cute and distracts passersby from the “noncute” old codger holding the leash. (And it’s true that our outings keep him in great shame for an 8 yo….)
