Did it! I ran 4.2 miles on this wet warm sunny winter day. I felt great when I finished.

Average HR 131; maximum HR 148
For 94% of the run, my HR was in Zone 2 or Zone 3–61% in zone 3 and 33% in zone 2. That was an improvement from my run two days ago.
