Did it! Workout on the treadmill for about 50 minutes.
Average HR 113; maximum HR 143
A bitterly cold morning, nor’easter on the way and vital errands, I found a way to fit in the gym. I was determined to workout. At the beginning, I felt rushed but after 20 minutes of exercise, a calm took over and I relaxed.
Perfect timing too—my outside chores done and the storm just started.
