
Did it! I walked and jogged today. Yes, today’s exercise was a two-part series. I hadn’t planned on doing anything when I went for a walk. The wind felt so great I had to go back out again. It must have been a second wind because I felt strong!
Pre-exercise: BP 113/92 HR 75
Post-exercise: BP 106/86 HR 110
Average HR 156; maximum HR 169
60% in zone 5; 37% in zone 4
I pushed myself and will continue to so as long as it is safe and healthy. I determine that by listening to my body.
