
Did it! I walked 3.79 miles, and it felt fantastic. The morning air was therapy for me. Today, I tried a new route that took me straight up a hill– I loved it. On my way back, it started raining, and even that felt great.

I ran in zone 2 for about 69% of the run, about 6% of the time I was in zone 5. That was not bad! Going up the hill, my HR went up, but I slowed the pace.
I am grateful that I walked today. I feel so much better after a walk or run or any form of exercise.

Awesome job! I’m sure trying a new route could be a positive challenge especially if you’re walking/running up or down hills.
