Exercise: Did It!


Did it! It feels terrific to jog/run again. I had to go slow because of my heart rate. Every time I looked at my watch, it was hugging 170+. I felt a bit winded but no alarming symptoms. Today is a busy day. I planned to run one mile, but once I got started, I did 3.2 miles.

Average HR 162; maximum HR 179
84% of jog was in zone 5

Glad I exercised! The wind felt great. It’s a beautiful day out. What exercise did you do?
