Did it! It feels terrific to jog/run again. I had to go slow because of my heart rate. Every time I looked at my watch, it was hugging 170+. I felt a bit winded but no alarming symptoms. Today is a busy day. I planned to run one mile, but once I got started, I did 3.2 miles.
