
Did it! I exercised today. It was a short walk of about 2 miles, but it felt beautiful. The temperature of 70 F almost discouraged me. However, I noticed branches of trees swaying back and forth, figured it couldn’t be that warm, and it wasn’t.
Some days, I only have time for a short walk. I spiced the walk up with light skipping. I didn’t want to get too sweaty. Later, I will do yoga poses.
