Exercise: Did It!

Papaya tree

Did it! I ran over 2.7 miles in heavy humidity. Though not accustomed to such humidity, I feel great. I wanted to do a 5k, but my gut told me not to push it: The heart rate was up, and I started to feel nauseous. Tomorrow is another day.

Average HR 164; maximum HR 172;
Eighty-five percent of the run was in zone 5. I did a warm-up and a cool down walk, each about 5 minutes.

The humidity here is a killer. My body needs to get adapt to it. Running on flat terrain and in the morning before peak temperatures helped. I did mine. What exercise did you do today?
