
Did it! I walked over 3.66 miles, and I feel great!
It was hot and humid. My body heated up the moment I was outside. Sweat was pouring from me like a faucet. Hate to make you see me sweat, but I can’t help it in this weather.
Average HR 139; maximum HR 162; I was in zones 2 and 3 for 60% of the workout and dreaded zone 5 for 15%.
