Did it! I walked over 4 miles, and I feel fantastic! It’s been hard working out in hot, humid weather, so I took two days off to recover. Today despite the weather, I found a shaded circuit and walked it three times.
Average HR 127; maximum HR 147.
I was in zone 2 and 3 for 96% of the walk. 😂💪🏿💪🏿
