Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I ran a 5k, and I feel fantastic! I am back in New England, where the weather was perfect this morning. My heart rate gets up there, but it’s not as rapid as in Florida, and I am not symptomatic.

Pre-exercise BP 103/89; HR 103.
Post-exercise BP 108/85; HR 109.
Average HR 160; maximum HR 177.
I was in zone 5 for 79% of the walk, an improvement.

I am ready to start my day!
