Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I ran a 5k, and I feel wonderful! Today I pushed it because I needed the post-run endorphins to take away my stress. It was also an excellent day for a run. I choose a shaded route because it was mid-morning, the sun was out, and my heart rate was already 155.

Post-exercise BP 120/103; HR 117.
Average HR 175; maximum HR 183.
I was in zone 5 for 97% of the walk.

I have had problems getting my blood pressure medication, so I had to do without until yesterday.

What exercise did you do?
