Exercise: Did It!

Did It! I exercised on the elliptical for over 45 minutes. It felt fantastic for a dreary rainy day. I haven’t exercised in about a week, and I could feel my body and mind becoming tense. Exercise relaxes me. It’s my time to take care of myself and my well-being.

Several weeks ago, I increased my exercise goal to one and a half to two hours a day, five times five days a week. It’s a goal that I will work to achieve. Later, I will do upper body weights and abdominal exercises.

Average HR 150; maximum HR 166
I was in zone 5 for 48% of the walk.
Pre-exercise BP 127/93; HR 77
Post-exercise BP 130/99; HR 97

I did my exercise. What exercise did you do today?
