
Did it! I jogged 4.4 miles.
My right groin ached. I thought it would go away with time. When it didn’t, I switched my water bottle to the left side, which helped, but I still have groin pain. The goal today was to jog for an hour. I did about 53 minutes and a cool-down walk for over one mile.
Average HR 163; maximum HR 173.
I was in zone 5 for 87.8% of the jog.
Post-exercise BP 133/108; HR 113.
My BP is elevated. Will monitor it throughout the day and put ice on my groin.
