Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I ran 2 miles and walked 2.79 miles. I feel great. During the first mile, my body felt achy, tired, and weak. I thought about doing a mile and calling it quits. Then I remembered my mantra, no pain, no gain. I also thought about the many obstacles you encounter when you embark on a challenging life path. The solution is usually to find a way to keep going a keep going, which I did.

Running: Average HR 146; maximum HR 166
I was in zone 5 for only 20% of the run and zone 4 for 51%. That is a vast improvement.
Post-exercise BP 101/80; HR 103
Even my blood pressure was good.

I did my exercise. What exercise did you do today?
