Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I worked my upper body then walked on the treadmill for over an hour. It felt Grrrrreaat! The dreary rainy weather did not stop me.

Average HR 154; maximum HR 171.
I was in zone 5 for 50% of the walk and zone 4 for 44%.

Exercise is a must for my well-being. Whenever I fell, my recovery always started with exercise and getting in good physical shape.
