Exercise: Did it!

Did It! I ran a 5k. Running is not easy in hot and humid weather. I had plenty of water and ran in the shade where I could enjoy a fleeting breeze or cool down a bit. After my recovery walk, my heart rate went down and I felt great.

Pre-exercise BP 120/90 HR 80

Post-exercise BP 111/76 HR 78

Average HR 169; maximum HR 181

97% of run was in zone 5
