Exercise: Did It! Okay

I did a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout. It felt great despite the humidity. I ran and then walked when my HR reached my peak until it slowed down, and then I ran again. I also had water on hand.

Post-exercise BP 109/93 HR 115

Average HR 163; maximum HR 180

Exercises in zone 5 for 68% of workout and zone 4 for 25%.
