Exercise: Did It!

I did it and jogged a 5K. Yeah! It was hard because I was not in the best shape. Nevertheless, I did it. It felt fantastic to be outside doing my thing. Also, A fabulous day out.
I jogged to keep my heart rate under control. When I run, my core automatically tightens, but I intentionally tighten my core when I walk.

Post-exercise BP 122/96 HR 77
Average HR 162; maximum HR 176
I exercised in zone 5 for 77% of the run. That shows I need to get n shape.

I did mine. What exercise did you do today?

  1. Good you did it, Dear! It gave you a very beautiful smile again. Keep it up!
I had a long walk today as usual to strenghen my heart (which isn´t in a too good condition).
    Hugs

      1. Exercise? Always hated that. Besides, I don’t need to exercise. My physical condition is flawless.

Once Lucitta saw me running (I was already in my 70s at the time) chasing a thief down our street, and so fast that she didn’t realize until later that it was I she had seen😈
