Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I jogged 3.3 miles. It was cold. However, I dressed for the weather. It felt wonderful! Just when I thought my running days were over, I went for a jog. Last night, I was convinced as I applied ice to my aching right hip.

I was in zone 5 for 92% of the run. I had no symptoms, and it didn’t feel like I worked that hard.
Average HR 170; maximum HR 181
Post-exercise BP 105/88, HR 99.

You get hurt if you run and keep looking backward. The same applies to life.

I did mine. What exercise did you do today?

  1. Video — sound, visual — all good! Great job, dear Angela! Yer lookin’ good! Continue to go for it! (But, as always, balance [in all aspects of life] is Priority One, IMO…don’t overdo it!)
