Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I ran a 5k and walked to close my exercise ring. It was a perfect dreary day to be outside, if that makes sense. Recently, I upped my Apple watch exercise ring goal from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. I wanted to do 2 hours a day, but that is not attainable right now.

Average HR 169; maximum HR 181

86% of the run was in zone 5.

Would you believe I’ve been in Texas for over a week, and already I have the accent? LOL
